Coach Registration

Sharing the registration link

Go to Share Tournament → Registration Linkto get your public registration URL. Share this with coaches via email, text, or your league's Facebook group.

The registration link is only active while registration is open.

What coaches do

1. Enter their email to receive a magic link (no password required)
2. Enter their coaching information and team details
3. Select a division
4. Add players (name, date of birth, position, parent contact)
5. Agree to your terms and submit

After registration, you can review teams in the Registrations section and confirm or withdraw them.

Sending waiver invitations

After a coach registers and adds players, waiver invitations are automatically sent to each parent or guardian on file. Parents receive an email with a link to sign the waiver.

You can check waiver status for each player in Registrations → [Team Name] → Roster.

Managing teams

In the Registrations section you can:

• Confirm or withdraw team registrations
• Edit team and coach contact information
• Manually add a team without using the registration link
• Export all registrations as a CSV
